Earth Venture Orbital 1 (EVO-1)

Introduction

NASAโ€™s Earth Venture (EV) Program conducts competitively selected, Principal Investigator (PI)-led, cost-capped, and schedule-constrained space science investigations as recommended by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) Earth Science Decadal Surveys.

The EV Program supports innovative, low-cost Earth science and application missions, advances higher-risk technologies, and trains future leaders in space-based Earth observations.

With this announcement, the EV Program introduces a new Earth Venture Orbital (EVO) series, restructuring the previous Earth Venture Instrument (EVI), Earth Venture Mission (EVM), and Earth Venture Continuity (EVC) elements into a unified orbital mission line.

For questions, contact EVO-1 Program Leads: Dr. Nadya Vinogradova Shiffer at nadya@nasa.gov and Dr. Michael Kaszyca at michael.kaszyca@nasa.gov.
